Hello. I have three questions. Is candidate Alan Keyes officially on the Chester County ballot for 2008 President? I am an Independent voter, and am uncertain if I can vote in the upcoming primary. As an Independent voter can I cast a vote for a Republican candidate, or do I have to be registered as a Republican in order to do that? My final question is when exactly is the primary in Pennsylvania? I look forward to your response. Many blessings to you.

An online Yahoo group friend mentioned to me today that he only heard Alan Keyes announced his bid only online. So I decided today to write at my local Voter Services to check if he was indeed on the ballot. I had two other questions anyway, and had meant to write.

I had to do that before when I found a candidate I was interested in, and found out he didn't actually make being placed on my local ballot - so I didn't vote for him.
